Hahahahaha, I just downloaded Paint Sai and finally finished a digital art for the first time. Whew!

Here is Beatrice from Umineko no Naku Koro Ni (Check Umineko out-it's really awesome.) wearing the Traje de Mestiza, a native Filipina dress.

The Tagalog title translates to English as "The Last Serenade".
